Hello, congrats on your new addition  , as you probably know there are numerous different brands and varietys of dog/puppy foods on the market, i personally think it is a matter of trying out what is popular with you own dog, and what he/she prefers.

As with my chihuahua, she has always been fussy and particular with foods, so it was a case of trial and error.

The best dog foods my dogs have tried are Canidae, Orijen, Natures Variety, and Inova Evo. You should consider these things when choosing the right food:
-quality protein
-health promoting ingredients
-small bite size food
-and look for food approved by the AAFCO.
