Hi, I'm new here and my name is Helena and I'm 14 years old.  Grin
My baby's name is Thea and she's almost 2 years old.

So, I came here to get some advise and I hope someone can help me   Smiley

Thea has NEVER got hair on her chest, it's just skin there. I think it's a little bit weird, but is it normal ?
Is it gonna grow out when she gets older ?  Undecided

Hello Helena,  welcome to dogchihuahuas.
I have not personally come across this before, and would suggest that a vet have a look for
you and hopefully give some answers.

In some instances, a condition of patchy hair can be a skin complaint, but again i would say
have a visit to your vet`s.

Hope all turns out fine, and do let us know how it goes.  Smiley
